When we bought the property we were drawn to the open layout of the kitchen, dining and living room, which is awesome for entertaining! Also, its prime location right off Hendersonville Hwy in the lovely Royal Pines neighborhood. We also were drawn to the beautiful hardwood floors throughout the house (except in the bathrooms there is tile).
The Asheville area is wonderful because the people are so friendly and living in the mountains is so much fun, especially if you enjoy hiking!! A few other things I can mention are: there are beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen, jacuzzi jets in the master bath tub, large walk-in closet in master bedroom which we recently added two levels on both sides, full sized unfinished basement, pre-plumbed, each window has custom fit, nice, white, wide slat blinds through house!
This home is like new (built in 2007, only lived in 3.5 years) nestled at the end of a dead end road with great privacy surrounded by trees and 7 foot privacy fenced in backyard. We enjoy grilling out on our deck to eat dinner in the summer. Also, going for walks around the neighborhood is great. Our dog has enjoyed the nice big fenced in backyard and we have enjoyed the privacy. We love to do lots of fun things in this area, but our favorite is being members at The Rush Fitness Complex to workout! Our neighborhood is awesome because there is a wonderful park walking distance to our house - great for the kiddos or the pooch!
