We love the layout of our home.  The front of the home is more formal, but the rear of the home lends itself to more entertainment and open concept.  The back deck encompasses the entire width of the home and leads to a sunroom that is both heated and cooled.  The dual staircases is great, with one leading to a huge bonus room that can be used as a media room, game room, man cave, craft room, homeschool room or home office. 

We love to go to Lake Louise which is only 5 minutes away from our home.  It is a great place to have a picnic or walk around the lake.  Our neighborhood is great because you have neighbors that are close in case contact is needed, but it affords the privacy of an independent estate.  The neighbors are friendly and helpful, without being intrusive.  We get together once a year for a picnic that is great family fun!"
