I love Brevard due to its quaintness, small friendly town feel and the fact that it's still accessible to everything you need.  It offers a great family atmosphere down to its festivals, shopping, dining and outdoor amenities.  If you enjoy the outdoors and mountains, this property is for you!

We have at least one restaurant for every taste. Every thing from BBQ,  Japanese, Chinese, Mexican, steak houses and many more. There is something here for every taste.     

We have a lot of great boutiques in town and several grocery stores along with a Walmart, K-Mart and Lowe's.  You can find everything you need here in Brevard without having to travel to get what you may need.     

Our property is quiet, private and located just 5 minutes from town but secluded enough to not be in town.  The property is unrestricted so you can have gardens, animals, etc.  It's very usable land with a stream and stocked bass and bream pond.
