The things I love about small town Weaverville, safe neighborhood, convenient to Asheville, awesome schools.
We love to eat our the locally owned restaurants on Main St.(3 minutes away).
Grocery stores are plentiful, you have Ingles, and Walmart 1 exit away.
A few other things I could mention are you have a lot of room to expand, this property is very bright with natural light.
Of course we all like different things, we enjoy the parks, walking tracks, and public swimming pool that are all located within 5 miles from the property.
Looking forward to seeing this home! I love the open floor plan and the large back yard. This one should sell soon.
ReplyDeleteVery nice home with attractive neighboring properties and great views off the rear deck. Spacious floor plan, nice hardwoods, and clean for the ready buyer. Glad I came out and previewed this will be much easier to pitch to buyers.

ReplyDeleteThis one is owned by an engineer and it shows--the sellers have given such great care to the home that it is in many ways in better than new condition (mature landscaping, outdoor lighting where it should be, expansion plan and rough-in ready for basement, etc.)

ReplyDeletePatton Property Group lists another WINNER in Weaverville. This home is in perfect condition with a great floorplan and neighborhood. Being a dog lover, I am a huge fan of fenced in yards and understand how expensive they are to install. The wood floors are also a great feature of this home.
