The things I love about Asheville is its beautiful mountains and its preservation of beautiful historical architecture. We love to eat at Cheddars restaurant which is just down the street, the same is true for J&S, Mcdonalds, KFC, China Buffet, even Pizza Hut is at our fingertips.

Grocery stores Aldi's, Bilo's , Ingles, Walmart are very close by. Location, location, location drew us to this spot, as well as the excellent middle and high school for my son to attend.  It was also to be an excellent location for me as my work is in the health care field. 

Asheville is a wonderful area full of great places like the Parkway, the Biltmore House and Gardens, the amazing Grove Park Inn, the Nature Center, areas for outdoor activities such as hiking trails, white water rafting,  canopy adventures offered through Navitat where one can have a zip line adventure through the treetops. There are also great natural food stores in the area. Locally grown foods are also readily available. A few other things that I can mention are, Asheville continues to offer excellent educational opportunities for one seeking a quality education at a reasonable cost. 

I cannot say enough about the tremendous offerings for all ages from the youngest to our seniors citizens. Other things we enjoy about this area is the idea that Asheville continues to be a place for everyone. We continue to be a place that hosts many famous and powerful people. Many many of our nations Presidents come to this area spending time in these beautiful mountains, as it would seem a place to relax and rejuvenate themselves. This area also has been host and influential to many famous authors, as well as business men.  But the local residents seem to value each other just as much as they do the powerful. Of course we all like different things, one thing I have enjoyed here in Asheville is attending performances offered by the local ballet company, as well as the orchestra and plays performed by the Asheville Community Theater. 

Our neighborhood is great for giving one the sense of privacy and peacefulness and friendly neighbors, although we are close to all area hospitals, restaurants, the Asheville Mall, movie theaters, gas stations, grocery stores, hardware stores, churches, pharmacies.
