    This is just minutes from downtown Asheville! It's a great second home to spend a few days a month is wonderful Asheville and then back to your job in another city!
    It's also a great started home and with low monthly payments, it's time to buy! Gwen

    I am editing the videos shot this week now...the most peaceful and beautiful setting in West Asheville...sellers are birders and the number of birds on the property was unbelievable (see upcoming video for proof!) Additionally, the quaint, cottage bungalow is complemented by mature landscaping and a huge maple tree in the backyard. An excellent value for the price!

    Clean, well-maintained, beautiful hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets. Cozy with an excellent location, conveniently located near the spoils of downtown Asheville. The yard and outside of the home look like a postcard! Great yard and parcel of land in general, especially for the desirability of the West Asheville area.
