Patton’s team joined the program at the start of 2012. They became the #1 Broker Affiliates at HomesForHeroes.com within the first year. Patton runs the #1 home selling team in the mountains and in the top 100 for Keller Williams worldwide.
Patton Property Group has now hit the $100,000 target back to clients in their first 18 months in the program.
Based in Asheville NC, Black Mountain NC and Charleston SC, PPG Agents and Staff are delighted to give back part of their commission to help our local HEROES. Other Vendors in the real estate transaction also help our heroes with free appraisals for their mortgage, discounts on inspections and appraisals, and discounts on building a new home.

It's great matching wonderful people up with the perfect home and getting to give back to them at closing. It's so fun being a part of this program. Go homes for heroes!!!!
