The first time I drove up the hill and saw the lot at 14 Sugar Maple Drive I knew it would be the perfect place to build the perfect home . . .  a center of peace and serenity surrounded by whispering trees, cheerful birds, and the fresh mountain air.  With a gorgeous view of Mt. Pisgah, it was an ideal location in other ways as well: halfway between historic Asheville and Hendersonville and their upscale shopping, farmers markets, orchards, art galleries and large retail.
