Some of the things we love about living in Weaverville is that it is a very convent drive to Asheville yet not as busy. The downtown area has some cute stores that make the need to travel long distances for items unnecessary. The Weaverville Pet Pantry carries a vast array of food for all out pets which saves us from having to travel to the bigger chain stores. There is also everything you need in Weaverville such as a gym, movie rental places, tractor supply, and some unique stores.



We love to eat at Soba Sushi & Noodle bar on Main St, as well as La Caretta Mexican Restaurant. Athens restaurant is wonderful if you enjoy a good old steak n chesse or fried pickles.

There are plenty of grocery stores in the area. There are 2 ingles near by and a super walmart. If you prefer more natural foods, like we do, Trader Joes and Green Life/Whole Foods is only 15 minutes away.

When we bought the property we were drawn to the uniqueness of the interior layout of the house as well as the breath taking views.

The North Buncombe area is wonderful because it isn't as fast paced as the downtown Asheville area. It is close enough if you want to enjoy it once and a while though. The piece and quiet as well as seeing the mountains every day is just delightful.

A few other things I can mention about the houses location are that whalers it is on a main road it it well maintained during snowy weather. It is very close to 25/70 which makes travel very easy and convenient. 

 We love to go to the movies, although the theaters are in Asheville the drive there is an easy one. We all have hobbies. One of my hobbies is weight lifting at Flynn's Fitness. It is only 7 minutes from the house. It is a 24 hour gym and It has a very home like feel.
