I love Asheville because of the many choices in dining, recreation, employment and education. It is a growing mid-sized city that has all the amenities one would ever need.
Downtown Asheville has numerous unique restaurants, from Mexican like El Que Pasa on Patton Ave. and Latin like Chorizo's in the Grove Arcade, to specialty taco shops like White Duck Taco. One of my favorites in 9 Mile Pasta on Montford.
How do you decide what to do on a beautiful day with so many options. Some hobbies we enjoy in the area, include kayaking and rafting the many nearby rivers, hiking sections of the Appalachian Trail, and visiting the many waterfalls in the area, such as Linville Falls in Brevard.
The Whispering Pines Estate neighborhood is in a quiet and peaceful setting, just minutes from Asheville. Enjoy the great views and wildlife that visit frequently.
