The things I love about the town of Asheville are there is so much to do!! Beautiful mountains. Great places to hike. So many different places to dine. It's awesome. I love to eat at Chestnut, Farmburger and Barley's downtown. To drink beer I like the Wicked Weed. Near my townhouse is a place called East Villa which is fun and tasty!! Grocery stores are plentiful and nearby. The closest one is Ingles. The Asheville Mall is close too. Minutes from everything!!!!
I was drawn to the beautiful landscaping and care that was taken of the grounds and the town home I live in. Nice mountain views as well.
The Asheville area is known for its arts. Very nice galleries and some that are on the funky side as well. Asheville and surrounding areas have so many great places to hike and lots of hiking trails have gorgeous waterfalls as well. Lots of places to kayak or canoe. Ski resorts are closely too. I love to go downtown to listen to music (a great variety here). People watching is always fun too. 
Our neighborhood is great for get togethers at the Clubhouse. Everyone is friendly and everyone watches out for the other. The landscaping is very pretty and well taken care of. 
Well maintained condo! Recently replaced hot water heater, HVAC system and roof. This condo is unique in that there is no wall paper or popcorn ceilings. It is ready to move in. Enjoy your summer out by the pool. You know you want it . . .
