When we bought the property we were drawn to the close proximity to the mountains, the Asheville area and the Airport that is only a 15 minute drive away.
Etowah is close to Brevard, Hendersonville, Asheville, Transylvania with its many waterfalls, hiking trails, kayaking opportunities, and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
The air and water are so clean and pure.
For golfers we are just a 5 minute drive to the Etowah Valley Golf Club and many others in the area.
Our neighborhood is quiet and great for walking with approximately 50 dwellings.
