"Seller Says"
The things I love about Waynesville NC. Waynesville is a crafty town with lots of arts and craft shops. It is close to Maggie Valley and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Waynesville is close to the I-40 junction for Knoxville and Asheville. We love to eat at Frankie’s Italian restaurant and Joe’s pancake house!
With multiple choices of grocery shopping and a Starbucks store will keep your grilling get togethers complete. We were drawn to this property for the views. Also, after meeting the neighbors, we know we made the right choice.
We love the Waynesville area because it is more laid back, less traffic, but yet close to Asheville for more shopping. Our reason for moving and selling our home is a job transfer in PA. We regret selling, but, we need to follow our careers.
Our property offers a great spot for our horses to ride with plenty of trails. of course, it could be used for many other things like alpacas or a hobby farm. Our neighborhood is great for craft shows, car shows, motorcycling, shopping, and even skiing! If you like to go to a casino from time to time, Cherokee is also near. Even Asheville, only 30 minutes from the home.
Wow, take a look at those views. It's so hard to find a log home in the mountains, a fact that is a surprise to many, and this one fits the bill. Even better - it's on 11 acres!
ReplyDeleteOh - and make sure you listen to the birdsong in the video! Great job, Ann!
ReplyDeleteSuch a unique property with custom kitchen and stunning views!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful and rustic. Plenty of space inside and out. Amazing kitchen, beautiful deck and gorgeous views.
ReplyDeleteAmazing views along with a unique house really helps this property exemplify the best of what Wanyesville has to offer
ReplyDeleteWaynesville is so peaceful. A remarkable mountain retreat.
ReplyDeleteScenic log cabin mountain retreat. I can see myself having some "moonshine" on that front porch listening to a banjo. Southern living at it's best! I can't wait to preview this listing.
