*** “SELLER SAYS” *** 5 Minutes from my condo is Avenue M which is a high class pub, Vinnie's and Marcos Pizza for Italian. For BBQ we love Moe's and Luellas.  10 minutes from our house is all of downtown Asheville and the River Arts District!.  Our favorite AlBBQ is 12 Bones and for tacos, White Duck Taco. For high end dining in a low-end surroundings, our favorite Asheville restaurant is the Admiral and of course Sunset Grill for views. Close by are Ingles, Fresh Market, Trader Joe's,  Whole Foods, and Harris Teeter all within a 10 min drive.  So is the Saturday Farmer's Market at UNC Asheville! When we bought the property, we were drawn to the idea of living in an arboretum with mountain views and loved the onsite activities like yoga, poker, pool, sauna, fitness, and no maintenance, all within the city of Asheville.  We also like the high end finishes and privacy with space as well as the lock and leave aspect! We enjoy Asheville Brewery with its movie theater ($3 tickets and full menu served as you watch a movie)  This is only 5 minutes away as is Unitarian Church for Asheville Chamber Society and folk music too.  We also love the Orange Peel and Grove Park Inn. We enjoy hiking, yoga, our book club, dining club, antiques, and the UNCA retirement programs at the Osher Center
