"Seller Says"

I love the small town feel of Weaverville. People are close and friendly and I can't go anywhere without seeing someone I know.

 We love to eat at Bellagio Bistro. The manager and staff are wonderful and the food is delicious. We like the fast food convince for our teens and La Carreta has great Mexican food.

Our grocery stores are clean and neat. Aldi is our favorite for quick and cheap choices. Publix is opening soon. 

 We love the privacy of our land and the spacious layout of our home. The master bathroom with the huge garden tub was a favorite feature. The porch is great for evening or morning.

We have friendly neighbors. We help each other when needed.

The Asheville area has lots of things to do for people of all interests. Lots of outdoor activities are balanced with convenient shopping and a delicious variety of restaurants.

A few other things I can mention include excellent schools that are close by, the area is beautifully set in the mountains yet we are close to town.

We love to take a short drive over to Tennessee to visit Douglas Lake, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. The drive is peaceful and short enough for a day trip. There are also many outdoor activities like rafting and zip lining in nearby Madison County. 

 We all like different things. Our teen boys enjoy sports, so they like to visit Hibbets Sports on Weaver Blvd. Walking down Main St provides the library, a few resale and other interesting shops.
