I have had a Family Dental Practice in Downtown Waynesville since 1993. I purchased this home in 1996 for our 3 girls to grow up in. The location is within walking distance to quaint Downtown Waynesville and elementary/middle schools. It is located on over 3 acres. To the west, the home has a panoramic view of the ridge line of the Blue Ridge Parkway. The home's backyard has a flat grassy area for badminton or croquet with 2 descending stone staircases to a brick patio with an outdoor fireplace and Wisteria covered arbor. I occasionally like to golf, so with 2 miles of the home, Laurel Ridge Country Club and Waynesville Country Club are excellent choices.
