We were drawn to the property because it immediately offered its own brand of seclusion. It offered a real living space with the yard and it's open floor plan. It felt like I could be myself there and have plenty of room for guests who might enjoy their own private bath! 

 I love the areas authenticity. I love its diversity. I love that it's so close to the River Arts District and downtown and the country. There are Vineyards just up the road. 

 I love the carport and the electrified shed for storage. 

It feels country but it's only seven minutes from downtown. The tiny fast-break gas station on the corner is always open in bad weather and is walking distance
